We’re located at 224 Marmion Street, Cottesloe, but please do not enter through the front. Instead, enter via the back laneway at the end of Bird Street (see image for ref). Look for the colourful painted door next to the garage - that’s your entrance.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. If you arrive earlier than that, kindly wait outside until your scheduled time.

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please email hello@frameworkbymiranda.com or cancel/reschedule via your confirmation email or online. Social medial messages will not be accepted for changes or cancellations.

Yes - we offer on the spot HICAPS claiming for all private health funds. Please bring your card or digital membership with you.

Please let us know if you’re running behind. If you’re running late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur the full appointment fee.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

We do not require a deposit, but your card details are needed to secure your booking.
Payment options include:
Cash
Bank Transfer
Private Health Insurance (via HICAPS)
If your private health claim doesn’t go through on the day, you’ll still need to pay the full amount and follow up directly with your provider. A receipt will be sent to you after your appointment for claiming purposes.

We have a HICAPS terminal available for on-the-spot claiming through participating private health funds.
Please check with your insurer to confirm massage is included in your extras cover.
If your claim is unsuccessful, full payment is still required, and a receipt will be issued so you can claim manually.

Please note this is not a pregnancy-specific clinic. While we are happy to treat pregnant clients, we do not have specialised pregnancy equipment — just a standard massage table.
We do not recommend treatment during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
If you are past the first trimester, are comfortable lying on the table, and have been cleared by your doctor or midwife, we are happy to go ahead.
Please be sure to notify us in advance if you are pregnant so we can accommodate you appropriately.

If you’re unwell on the day of your appointment (cold, flu, fever, or any contagious illness), please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
Your health and the wellbeing of other clients are our top priority.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client isn’t delayed.
The full session fee will still apply.

This is a professional massage studio, and we maintain a respectful, safe space for all clients.
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still apply.
